About OF/BY/FOR ALL
OF/BY/FOR ALL is a global movement of civic and cultural organizations striving to become of, by, and for our communities. The movement was founded by Nina Simon at the Santa Cruz Museum of Art & History in 2018. It is now a global nonprofit led by CEO Courtney Harge since March 2021.
The OF/BY/FOR ALL Change Network is an intensive program for organizations that make a public commitment to involving new and under-represented communities as partners, participants, and co-creators. We've helped over 70 brave organizations in 12 countries, including museums, libraries, theaters, parks, cultural centers, and community centers of all shapes and sizes.
The Change Network is open to any interested organization by application. We accept applications all year round for cohorts beginning in March, June, and September. Check the link above to learn more.
